When we say that SN City is being built by the community, we mean it.

Foxy Events is launching its first-ever logo design competition to create the official identity for SN City, a brand-new event dedicated to the 1994–2004 Mustang community. Designers are invited to submit original work that captures the energy, culture, and attitude of this era, with the winning design becoming the face of SN City across merchandise, social media, and event branding. Submissions are open through April 26, followed by a round of public voting to help guide the final selection.

The winning designer will receive a $1,000 prize and be announced live at SN City on May 16.

About SN City

SN City is a new event built for the 1994–2004 Mustang community. This is the first of its kind, a dedicated space for the fourth generation of Mustang and the people behind the cars. The focus is on community, identity, and creating something that feels like it truly belongs to this group.

Objective

Create a complete logo system that will define the visual identity of SN City across merchandise, social media, and event branding.

This is not just a logo, it’s the foundation of a brand.

What We Need

Designers should submit a logo system, not just a single logo. This includes:

  • Primary Logo – The main, most recognizable version
  • Wordmark – A custom “SN City” text treatment that can stand alone
  • Icon / Mark – A simplified version (for small uses like profile images, hats, etc.)
  • Secondary Logo – An alternate layout (stacked, badge-style, or similar)

Design Direction

The logo should feel:

  • Bold and recognizable
  • Rooted in car culture
  • Somewhere between motorsport and streetwear
  • Clean enough for merch, strong enough for branding

This should feel like something enthusiasts are proud to wear.

Important Restrictions

  • No use of the Mustang running pony, Ford oval, or any Ford trademarks
  • No copyrighted or borrowed elements
  • All work must be original

Deliverables

Final designs should include:

  • Full color version
  • Black version
  • White version
  • One-color version
  • Vector files (AI or EPS)
  • High-resolution PNG files

Bonus if you can show real-world applications like t-shirts, stickers, or signage.

DEADLINE

  • The contest officially begins on Monday, April 13th. All design submissions must be received by Sunday, April 26th, 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
  • After the submission deadline, a judging period of a few days will take place, during which the organizer will select 5 to 7 finalists based on creativity, brand fit, and overall appeal.
  • The finalists’ designs will be posted on the organizer’s social media platforms (specific platforms will be announced) for public voting. The public voting period will be open until May 3rd, 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
  • While public votes will help guide the final decision, the organizer will retain the right to make the final selection based on alignment with the brand and overall suitability.
  • The winner will be officially announced at the SN City event on May 16th, 2026.

TERMS

Usage and Ownership Terms

By submitting an entry to the SN City Logo Design Competition, each participant agrees to the following terms:

  • Original Work: All submissions must be the original work of the participant and must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. Use of copyrighted materials, stock elements without proper licensing, or any Ford trademarks (including but not limited to the Mustang running pony or Ford oval) is strictly prohibited.
  • Transfer of Rights (Winning Entry): The selected winning design will become the sole and exclusive property of SN City upon payment of the $1,000 prize. The winning designer hereby assigns all rights, title, and interest in and to the design, including all intellectual property rights, to SN City. SN City shall have the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute the design in any medium, including but not limited to merchandise, marketing, and promotional materials, without further compensation.
  • Final Deliverables: The winning designer agrees to provide all final design files in requested formats, including but not limited to vector files (AI, EPS, SVG), and to make reasonable revisions if required for production or brand application.
  • Non-Winning Entries: All rights to non-winning submissions remain with the respective designers. SN City will not use, reproduce, or commercially exploit non-winning designs without the express written permission of the designer.
  • Display & Promotion Rights: By entering the competition, participants grant SN City a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display submitted designs for purposes of judging, public voting, and promotion of the competition.
  • Final Decision: SN City reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select the winning design. Public voting may inform but does not determine the final outcome.
  • Modification & Cancellation: SN City reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time, for any reason, without liability.
